Refund Information

Global Study Partners is a free service to aspiring international students and does not charge fees for the use of the GSP Platform.

Any payments by students in relation to acceptance of an offer for placement at their selected institution or subsequent tuition fees paid by students, is between the student and their chosen education provider. Global Study Partners do not receive or process any student payments in this regard. All such payments are subject to the individual education institution policy and guidelines which are clearly communicated to students, by the institution, with their offer. Students must ensure they read and understand all the terms of offers they receive, including the institution refund policy and cut off dates.

Global Study Partners provides access, via the GSP Platform, to other related services that students may require as part of their international studies. In all cases, should a student decide to utilise these products or services then they will engage directly with the service provider and make payment directly to that service provider. Global Study Partners do not receive or process any student payments in this regard. All such payments are subject to the individual service or product provider policy and guidelines and students must ensure they read and understand all the terms for products or services they acquire, including the provider refund policy.

Global Study Partners Compensation

In the event that a student successfully enrols in a GSP institution partner course or program or elects to purchase a product or service from a GSP service provider partner, then GSP may receive compensation from the relevant institution or service provider.
