Create Password

Whether you clicked ‘Save and Exit’ or ‘Finish and Submit’ button, you should be able to receive an email from gsp.admin@globalstudypartners.com. It should have a title ‘GSP Portal User Account Registration – <Your complete name>. Name is what you have provided in the Company Primary Contact. This email has instructions on how to:
- log in (initially by creating password)
- set your profile picture

If you clicked ‘Finish and Submit’ button you should be able to receive another email.

Type your password twice. The second field, ‘Re-enter your password’ validates if you have remembered your password correctly. So, these should match. Password should have the following criteria:
- at least 8 characters
- combination of small & big letters and numbers
- use special characters like ‘@’ to make your password more secured

Once you are done entering your password, click ‘Submit’ button.

A pop will be displayed confirming that you have successfully created your GSP password. Click ‘OK’ button to remove the pop.

Image 6.1 If you have previously created a password using the link provided in the email, then you cannot proceed. The image at the right will appear. Try ‘Forgot Password’ feature in the Login Page instead. Learn how to use Forgot Password feature.

Input your credentials correctly, username and password.

Click ‘Sign In’ button to proceed.

Submit Application

Upon log in, you should be able to see your dashboard where you can complete your sign up. For now you have to learn first how to complete your sign up. All of the items that you see in your dashboard will be explained further.
This is the progress path of your journey as you become a GSP Recruitment Partner. This progress path is divided into 5 parts:
- New
- Initial Registration
- Due Diligence
- GSP Approval
- Registered
New – first dot in teal color which indicates you have already started the application process, purple line and dot to indicate this is your current status
Initial Registration – grey color to indicate that this has not been accomplished.
Due Diligence – grey color to indicate that this has not been accomplished. You need to provide additional details especially due diligence documents so GSP can check the credibility of your company.
GSP Approval – grey color to indicate that this has not been accomplished. GSP will approve or reject your application based on the details you provided.
Registered – grey color to indicate that this has not been accomplished. In time this should be in teal if you have been successfully approved by GSP.

If you haven’t submitted your initial application yet (i.e., you clicked ‘Save and Exit’ under Company Profile Section), your application will be tagged in Stage as ‘New’ and Status as ‘In Process’.

Click ‘Complete Application’ button to be redirected back to the Become a Partner Wizard and continue filling out the fields.
The following tabs contains your answers from the Become a Partner Wizard:
- Company
- Branches
- Company Profile
We’ll explain them further in the following lessons.

Now, that you are navigated back to the Become a Partner Wizard, the process shall start from ‘Company Details’ again.

Add everything that is necessary and as detailed as possible until you reach ‘Submission’. Click ‘Back’ button to double check your inputs. When you are sure, click ‘Finish and Submit’ button so GSP Admin can start reviewing your application.

If you have the minimum requirement to submit an application, that is by answering the required fields, when you click ‘Finish and Submit’ button you should be redirected back to your company profile page with a pop that says, ‘Application updated.’. This pop will be automatically removed after 5 seconds or so.

Notice that the Stage and Status of your application has been automatically updated to ‘Initial Registration’ and ‘In Process’ respectively. This means that GSP Admin has started reviewing your application. Kindly wait for GSP’s response via email or visit this page to see stage and status updates.

If you passed the initial registration as per GSP Admin discretion, the ‘Stage’ and ‘Status’ of your application shall be updated to ‘Due Diligence’ and ‘Conditionally Approved’ respectively.

Since stage was updated, this progress path was also visually updated. Through the colors, Due Diligence is purple, we now know that you should provide due diligence for GSP Admin review so you can go to the next step.

Notice also that there are two new available tabs that you can access:
- Due Diligence
- Document – where you can attach labeled documents.

Due diligence documents are legal documents that proves the legality of your company. Aside from these, GSP is also interested on the details of your company activities and how you envision your possible expansion on the following year.
In ‘Due Diligence’, you have to give descriptions (as elaborative as you can) referring to the documents that you will provide later on. Mandatory descriptions and documents you need to be ready of should be the following:
- Agency Profile
- Institutional References
- Certificates & Memberships
However, even the above documents are the minimum requirements, it’s always best to indicate all the necessary documents that you have that can help your application be approved.
The documents you are going to attach should be up to 25MB only and with the following types only:
- .doc
- .docx
- .xls
- .xlsx
- .png
- .jpg
- .jpeg
- .txt
- .zip
Please make sure that soft copies of these documents are handy and organised so you can refer easily when typing the descriptions as well as when you upload.
Under ‘Company’ tab click ‘Due Diligence’ button to be redirected to the Due Diligence & Submission Wizard.

This is the Due Diligence & Submission Wizard which is composed of all the documents you have to provide some of which are mandatory and some are not. The documents are the following:
- Company Profile
- Business Registration Number / License (mandatory)
- Proposed recruitment business activity and expansion for the next business year
- Description of current activities
- Top Destination Countries
- Training Credentials and Certifications
- Memberships
- Migration proof of registration
- Agent Training Certificate (mandatory)

You have to fill out the first part, Agency Profile.
For the Australian Education Agent Training Course (EATC) through PIER, drag and drop your documents in the grey container where it says, ‘Drop documents here to upload’ . Do not forget to click the ‘Upload’ button to successfully upload the document. You can see the ‘Status’ column to determine if document has been already uploaded. If the status is ‘Upload’ then it means that your document has been successfully uploaded.

The document you are trying to attach should be displayed using the same file name in your computer. The Category and Sub Category were also automatically selected. By clicking the trash bin, , you can remove this file

Image 29.1 It should just be quick when you upload documents, depends on the speed of your internet connection and the number of files you are uploading. If uploading is in progress, your screen will be disabled which looks like something like the image below.

To make your registration more appealing, GSP highly recommends to also provide any certifications, training & memberships/ associations you may have. You can attach multiple documents in the Documents Tab. Titles and descriptions go to this section, Certifications & Memberships”. Just keep on clicking ‘Add more’ button as necessary.

If you are happy with your inputs, click ‘Update’ button to save the changes. If you do not want to proceed, click ‘Cancel’ button instead. Clicking ‘Cancel’ removes all your changes and brings you back to view mode only.

‘Successfully Updated Due Diligence’ pop will be displayed to confirm that your inputs has been saved and are now visible to GSP Admin.

Notice that your Stage moved to GSP Approved and Status choved to ‘In Process’. This means that a GSP Admin is in the process of reviewing your complete application.
