Nicole Zabbal

Nicole is driven to create engaged and empowered diverse communities and provide significant insight and guidance to GSP students and alumni. She is now leading GSP’s commitment to providing our channels accessibility to student services ensuring they have the right resources and opportunities to succeed globally. Nicole joined GSP in 2015 then a new start-up and is instrumental in the area of institution partner and student engagement, helping build and forge real, sustainable relationships throughout.

Nick is a resilient and empathetic individual who understands the struggles that many students face. He has learnt through experience the value of perseverance and the importance of balancing personal well-being with academic pursuits. Nick believes firmly believe in prioritising personal well-being and applies this principle in his work with students. He encourages students to prioritise their health and happiness and to seek help from friends, family, community, and support services. Nick is committed to promoting a holistic approach that considers emotional, academic, and overall well-being. As a Student Services Manager, Nick brings a unique blend of personal experiences, skills, and a genuine understanding of the challenges students face. Working with GSP he looks forward to providing support and guidance to students on their educational journey in Victoria and Tasmania. Nick is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where students can thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. Student success and well-being are his top priorities, and he is excited to contribute to student growth and development!

Sarah has dedicated her professional life to being a teacher, guiding and supporting students through their academic and social development. She is passionate about education in all forms and believes it is a source of knowledge and empowerment. She is dedicated to building community to enhance a sense of belonging and personal growth.

Elena Polyzos

Student Service Manager Institution

Elena is an energetic, innovative and responsible ex-publishing executive with many years’ experience in the international book trade. She studied Sociology and French. Elena worked for Pan Books and Penguin Books in Australia and as Regional Director for McGraw-Hill in Greece. She also trained to become a teacher of English as a second language to prepare students for English exams and she also worked with graduates in Europe. Elena was an instructor for high-level business executives teaching them presentation and interpersonal skills. She is looking forward to contacting students, learning about their needs and concerns and setting up a range of activities and projects to improve their study experience.

Daniela Moreno

Operations Support, USA Operations

Daniela has experience in the education field as a teacher. She understands the importance of creating a sense of community among the students and listening actively to how they are feeling. She is committed to guiding and supporting students throughout their academic journey. She is also the Operations Support for GSP North America.
