Please check your junk/spam folder if you can’t find it in your inbox.
If it’s still not there please check the email address you’ve put for your email address for any typos.

Highlight the email signature and copy either by using the shortcut keys (Ctrl+C or ⌘+C) or right-clicking and selecting copy.
Go to Outlook settings found on the upper right corner.
Click the gear icon and in the search box type in “Email signature”
Then choose the option called email signature.
Paste your new email signature in the large text box by either pressing the shortcut keys (Ctrl+V or ⌘+V) or right clicking and selecting Paste, and add a label to make it memorable.
Save your new signature as the default for “New Messages” and “Replies/Forwards” by selecting it on the dropdown list.
Click “Save” and you are done.
